Notice:

Nipper's Field is a secondary club field. Although, it is sanctioned by the AMA through Volunteer Aeromodelers, Inc., it is private property! Therefore, use of this field is only for Volunteer Aeromodelers club members who have paid their annual dues for the current year AND have a current AMA membership. Any other use without prior authorization from the property owner is trespassing and the neighbors have been instructed to notify the Sevier County Sheriff’s department if necessary.

Access to the field is gated and locked. Do not enter the adjacent paved driveway in an attempt to bypass the gate. That is the neighbor's property and is considered trespassing.

Per the request of the property owner, no helicopters are permitted at this field.

Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors and do not fly over any of the adjacent homes. There should be plenty of room to avoid this.

When leaving the property, please lock the chain appropriately. Do not just throw the chain over the post so it appears to be locked, but someone can sneak in later. Loop it through properly and lock it.

Again, this is private property and our club is thankful to have use of it. Treat it as if it were your own.
